资源简介:
Escherichia coli is an important pathogen causing bovine mastitis that leads to economic and welfare costs in the dairy industry worldwide, and is occurring with increasing frequency in China. BCE049 is a virulent strain isolated from the dairy cow with acute mastitis, and belongs to the phylogenetic group B2 and serotype O2:K1. Whole genome sequencing of strain BCE049 may contribute to better explore the pathogenic mechanism of extraintestinal pathogenic E. coli in bovine mastitis.
