Code used to calculate functional diversity metrics applied to sites in marine protected areas in the south of the state of Bahia, Brazil. Abundance data was used. <br> A significance test was implemented: Generate sites with random abundance values keeping randomization only between rows (spp). In this way, the relative abundance of sp1 will be exchanged between sites. <br> Standardized effect size (SES) for each index and each site in order to verify the amount of deviation of the observed indices of the real assemblages in relation to the indices of the simulated sites. <br> Results for each index are plotted
