Genotype-level phenotypic data and image-derived phenomic feature matrices for rice nitrogen-use efficiency

Genotype-level phenotypic data (nitrogen-use-efficiency, yield and grain traits under control and nitrogen-stress) and the 204 image-derived canopy-phenomic feature matrices (68/75/83 days after sowing) plus vegetation-index features, for two disjoint rice panels (Set 1 whole-genome-sequenced; Set 2 50K-array), generated for the study on phenomic versus genomic selection of rice NUE. Raw genotypes are deposited separately in a sequence archive; analysis code is archived at the companion Zenodo software record. See README.md for the full data dictionary.
