Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, the species area relationship, and invasions. soil metagenome

These are environmental sequences for Glomeromycota (arbuscular-mycorrhizal) fungi taken from 18 plots in 3 watersheds in the Waianae range of Oahu. Half of these plots were heavily invaded, and half were native-dominated. The goal of our study was to generate a species-area relationship for arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi under invaded and native-dominated conditions to examine the impact of invasions on Glomeromycotan diversity across space.
