资源简介：
A conspicuous foliose lichen distributed throughout western California. Popularly referred to as Spanish moss, the species range goes from Baja California to Alaska. Within its ecoregion, it selectively attaches to a few tree, shrub, or succulent species. The usual algal symbiont is Tribouxia decolorans. These data have been produced as part of the CCGP. Sequencing was conducted with HiFi Pacific Biosciences long reads at UCDavis Genome Core, Dovetail's OmniC libraries, and Illumina sequencing at UCBerkeley QB3 Genomics Core.
