Gene expression profile of CTLL-2 cells infected with T.marneffei.csv

Here, we delineate the gene expression profile of <i>T. marneffei</i> infection in CTLL-2 cells. Initially, a co-culture system was established between kupffer cells and CTLL-2 cells, and an infection model was created using <i>T. marneffei</i>. Based on whether PD-L1 inhibition was administered, the infection model was divided into an Isotype control group and a PD-L1 inhibitor-treated group. CTLL-2 cells were harvested 48 hours after infection, and RNA-seq analysis was conducted. Reads were obtained from the sequencing machine and further filtered to obtain high-quality clean reads. Paired-end clean reads were mapped to the reference genome, and the read counts for each individual gene were calculated.
