Imaging acetic acid and pepsin collagen Objective - have two comparable (same setup) images of our sponges with and without pepsin, using the 3 crosslinker concentrations (level 1 - 0.002%, level 3 - 0.0075%, level 5 - 0.013%). Set-up: HSI - All images were taken under 6 GWLS excitations (310, 325, 340, 365, 385, 400). Emission recorded from 420 to 720 with step size = 10.
