"Legitimizing Emerging Power Diplomacy" data: Coding and full reference list of official PR and MRE addresses and FT, NYT, CC and OESP news articles

This is the dataset for the "Legitimizing Emerging Power Diplomacy: An Analysis of Government and Media Discourses on Brazilian Foreign Policy under Lula" article. It contains the full reference list for all 36 official addresses by the Brazilian PR and MRE, and 137 news articles by the FT, NYT, CC and OESP, as well as the coding used in the analysis of PR and MRE discourses.
