The role of the gut microbiota on the thermal tolerance and its resilience to heat stress in Drosophila subobscura

We perform two main experiments to evaluate the role of the gut microbiota on heat tolerance, and to determine the impact of heat stress on the gut microbiota of Drosophila subobscura.
