The image data for Figure 6, and Figure S5 of<b><i> </i></b><b><i>Redefining colocalization analysis with a novel Phasor Mixing Coefficient.</i></b>Each CZI file represents a multispectral image corresponding to either single-color controls or two-color experiments. The README.txt file which contains further explanation of the images and file naming convention. The analysis outputs are produced through the "Figure 6" section of the Jupyter notebook in the associated GitHub repository.
