Metagenomic eDNA (Illumina), Full-length 16S rDNA (Oxford Nanopore) and selective plate-sweep sequencing (Oxford Nanopore) of water samples from recreational swimming areas, Oslo, Norway

Samples were taken at seven time points through the summer of 2024 from location Operastranda, Oslo, Norway. Parallel sampling of a second location (Huk) were done at two of the seven time-points.
