Precise Phenotyping Method Using Image Data for Carcass Marbling Score in Hanwoo Cattle

This data consists of raw values derived from images used to calculate indices in the publication titled "Precise Phenotyping Method Using Image Data for Carcass Marbling Score in Hanwoo Cattle".

f7_indices.txt file includes 103 columns. The first column lists the sample (image) names. The second column provides the marbling scores based on the Korean Beef Marbling Score system. The third column indicates marbling fineness categorized into three levels: coarse, medium, and fine. Columns four to 103 represent indices: f1a, f1b, f2a, f2b, f8, and f7 with step size from 5 to 99 tile per axis (increment = 1 tile).

f7_raw_pixel.txt file includes 2 columns. The first column lists the sample (image) names, and the second column provides the tile areas (lists) of each image in pixels.
