资源简介:
The study of hydrogen sulfide's alleviation of cadmium stress in wild chrysanthemum leaves and roots through transcriptome sequencing aims to deeply understand the changes in gene expression under cadmium stress and the role of hydrogen sulfide in mitigating this stress. Cadmium, a heavy metal toxin, severely harms plants. Transcriptome sequencing helps identify the gene expression changes in plant leaves and roots under cadmium stress, revealing the impact of cadmium. Additionally, hydrogen sulfide has been found to potentially alleviate plant stress. By comparing transcriptome data from hydrogen sulfide-treated and untreated plants under cadmium stress, the study clarifies how hydrogen sulfide regulates gene expression and alleviates cadmium stress. This research also helps identify key regulatory genes and signaling pathways, provides potential biomarkers, and offers scientific insights for developing plant varieties with improved cadmium resistance or new agricultural management strategies.
