Crucihimalaya himalaica, a close relative of the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana, is predominantly distributed around the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau (QTP). We present an updated high-quality chromosome-level genome assembly (version 2.2) for C. himalaica, in which the chromosomes have been re-named to match the ancestral karyotype inferred from Crucihimalaya. lasiocarpa.
