Single-cell RNA sequencing of the kidneys from kidney-resident macrophage deplated mice [D42]

This study investigates the role of kidney-resident macrophages (KRMs) in modulating susceptibility to tubulointerstitial nephritis (TIN) by selectively depleting KRMs and examining the resulting immunological and pathological changes in the kidney using single-cell RNA sequencing. scRNA-seq datasets were generated from kidneys of mice treated with either αCSF1R Ab or control Ab, harvested at 42 days post-injection to assess temporal changes associated with KRM depletion.
