5' droplet-based single cell RNA sequencing of human gastrointestinal organoids and Intestinal Metaplasia (IM) organoids [scRNA-seq]

Using 5' droplet-based single cell sequencing, we profiled single cells dervied from human gastric, intestinal and IM organoids. Normal gastric, intestinal and IM organoids were cultured in standard gastric/intestinal organoid medium or specified culture conditions to achieve differentiated state. Samples were then FACS-sorted to obtain single cells and were subjected to sequencing. ***Please note that raw data is not provided due to subject privacy concerns.***
