Immunofluorescence and H&E images of whole tumor sections for 34 different PDAC patients from 3 different facilities. We identified combinations of glycans which were strongly associated to PDAC cells and determined that different combinations are distinct subpopulations and linked heterogeneity of these subpopulations to outcome.
