PR gene expression in powdery mildew infected Hevea brasiliensis clones

Comparative analysis of the transcriptome profiles from Hevea brasiliensis clones highlights the differential expression of genes associated with pathogen response in powdery mildew infection. The data presented here is from two Malaysian rubber clones RRIM 2025 and RRIM 929 evaluated for all the significantly up-regulated and down-regulated PR genes involved in powdery mildew resistance.
