Non-target site herbicide resistance is conferred by two distinct mechanisms in blackgrass (Alopecurus myosuroides)

Identification of the mechanisms that led to two different subtypes of multiple herbicide resistance in blackgrass using RNA-Seq data. Five biological replicates for each population each one of them including 5 plants (7-days old seedlings). One sensitive population (Rothamsted), one population resistant to fenoxaprop-p-ethyl (Fenoxaprop population, FOX) and one population with multiple herbicide resistance to a group (ACCases and pendimethalin herbicides; Pendimethalin population, PEN)
