The average price of a single electric carpet, based on a national price survey, was 17,248 yen in December 2016. During the period from January 2015 to December 2016 (the past 12 months), the month with the highest price for electric carpets in supermarkets across the nation was October 2016, reaching 19,256 yen, while the month with the lowest price was March 2015, at 13,234 yen. The price difference between the peak price period (October 2016) and the lowest price period (March 2015) for electric carpets across the national area was 6,021.8687 yen.
