Research Data for "Self-assembly Monte Carlo reveals localized entanglement in giant polymer melts"

This repository contains the research data related to the study titled "Self-assembly Monte Carlo reveals localized entanglement in giant polymer melts", by Enrico Fornasa, Francesco Slongo and Cristian Micheletti.

The Data_Analysis folder contains all data presented in the main text and supplementary figures, along with Jupyter notebooks used to produce them.

The research data for the manuscript figures are organised into subfolders Figure_1 through Figure_6, while those for the Supplementary Information are collated into the Figures_SI subfolder.

Explanatory comments in the Jupyter notebooks code were partly generated with the Claude Sonnet 4.6.
