Biomass of Green algae in the northern Wadden Sea at station Sylt_Tonnenleger-Bucht in 1991@en

At each site species community and algal percent coverage of an area of 50x50 m is determined. To determine biomass, ten replicates samples per site (10x10 cm) are taken by removing the algae from the sediment surface. In the laboratory, biomass (ash free dry weight) of each species within the samples is determined by drying the algae at 75°C for three days followed by ashing at 500°C for six hours.在每个样地中，对50米×50米区域内的物种群落组成及藻类盖度百分比进行测定。为测定生物量，在每个样地内通过刮除沉积物表面的藻类，采集10组重复样本（样本规格为10厘米×10厘米）。在实验室中，通过将样本内的藻类置于75℃下烘干三日，随后在500℃下灰化六小时，测定样本中各物种的生物量（灰分干重，ash free dry weight）。
