This archive contains the external review dossier and reproduction/audit bundle for the Unified B-L Cogenesis Framework (UBL), revision V1.2 dated 2026-05-18 (D5 mediator closure release; supersedes V1.1). The package is intended as supporting material for the arXiv manuscript: "Unified B-L Cogenesis with Resonant Leptogenesis, CSD3 Neutrino Flavor, and a 6.4 GeV Dark Baryon" Terry Ewert, Westar - Grounded Discovery Labs, 2026. What changed at V1.2 (vs V1.1) ------------------------------ V1.2 closes the V1.1 D5 open burden (Lorentz-complete UV mediator for the cogenesis transfer operator) at the operator level by adding two new TeV-scale dark-coloured mediator fields: X : complex scalar, SU(3)_d-triplet, B-L = -1, Z_2^D-even, mass window m_X in [0.5, 5] TeV Y : Dirac fermion, SU(3)_d-anti-triplet, B-L = 0, Z_2^D-even, mass window m_Y in [1, 5] TeV with renormalizable vertices V_0 = y_nu Lbar Htilde nu_R (SM Yukawa; unchanged) V_1 = lambda_1 X^a eps_abc psi_d^b psi_d^c (NEW; dark-baryon transfer) V_3 = lambda_3 X^a Y_a nu_R (NEW; lepton-to-mediator) The dark-quark B-L charge is revised from +1/3 (V1.1) to +1/2 (V1.2); dark-baryon D B-L is correspondingly +3/2. The Blennow 11/14 chemical- potential ratio and the m_DM = 6.40 GeV anchor are preserved exactly. Effective parameter count: ~11 (V1.1) -> ~15 (V1.2; adds m_X, m_Y, lambda_1, lambda_3). D5 burden status: OPEN (V1.1) -> INTERNALLY CLOSED pending external review (V1.2). A targeted external prior-art audit (Manus, 2026-05-17) on the V1.2 five-element architecture (SU(3)_d dark baryon + gauged U(1)_BL + X scalar in 3 at B-L=-1 + Y Dirac in 3-bar at B-L=0 + V_1/V_3 vertices) found NO exact duplicate. The closest published framework neighbour is Ibe, Kamada, Kobayashi & Nakano 2018 (arXiv:1805.06876) with 3/5 architectural elements; the defining X/Y mediator vertices are absent from every paper in the searched corpus. V1.1 superseded --------------- V1.2 supersedes V1.1 for all external review purposes. The V1.1 artifacts (UBL_EXTERNAL_REVIEW_DOSSIER_V1.1_2026-05-13.pdf, UBL_EXTERNAL_REVIEW_BUNDLE_V1.1_SOURCE_2026-05-13.zip, UBL_EXTERNAL_REVIEW_BUNDLE_V1.1_ALL_2026-05-13.pdf) remain available under the prior Zenodo version DOI; the V1.2 version DOI is the current canonical reference. Status ------ UBL is computationally instantiated and locally hardened. D5 is internally closed under the V1.2 X/Y mediator sector pending external review. UBL is NOT externally validated. No claim is made that UBL solves the cosmological constant problem, the Higgs hierarchy problem, or the UV flavour-origin problem. The bundle is provided to support adversarial review and reproduction. Tier-A / Tier-B numerical anchors preserved at V1.2: - m_DM = 6.40 GeV - n_DM/n_B = 11/14 - M_Z' = 14 TeV - M_R = 298.96 TeV - sigma_SI ~ 1.5e-51 cm^2 - Sigma m_nu = 58.76 meV - m_betabeta ~ 2.7 meV - delta_CP ~ -89 deg
