Silicon Phononic Crystal Directional Coupler: A Methodological Standard for Supermode-Based Coupling Characterization (v2.1.0)
收藏资源简介:
This repository accompanies a first-draft component paper on a silicon phononic crystal (PnC) directional coupler intended as a routing primitive for guided phononic modes. The release provides (i) the manuscript draft, (ii) reproducible analysis artifacts (data + figures) supporting coupling-curve extraction and manufacturability/yield diagnostics, and (iii) a design framework based on coupled-mode modeling and feasibility bounds. Important scope note (data provenance): the coupling-curve dataset data/gd_curve.csv included in this v1.0 release is explicitly labeled SYNTHETIC_DEMO_ONLY and is provided solely to validate the workflow, plotting, and tolerance/yield methodology. Geometry-specific coupling curves inferred from FEM eigenfrequency extraction (supermode splitting) are planned for a subsequent release and will replace the synthetic placeholder dataset. Note: This dataset is a supplement to a first-draft component manuscript . Code in this archive is additionally licensed under MIT (see LICENSE-MIT.txt). Data/figures/manuscript are CC BY 4.0.
