Intrauterine pregnancy (IUP) was documented in 48 cases. The cumulative IUP rate was 64.6%in the patients receiving tubal flushing, and 41.6%in the patients without tubal flushing (<em>P</em> = 0.007). The median time from salpingectomy to IUP was 9.2 months in the patients with tubal flushing and 11.8 months in the patients without tubal flushing (hazard ratio 1.981, 95% CI: 1.104-3.535).Recurrent ectopic pregnancy was documented in 3 (7.1%) of the patients receiving tubal flushing and 2 (3.9%) of the patients without tubal flushing (<em>P</em> = 0.655).
