The project contains transcriptomic sequencing results for Solanum tuberosum L.; cv. Chicago under heat stress, PVY infection and complex stress.Four-week-old potato plants were inoculated with PVY, while control plants were mock-inoculated with KP buffer. At 2 dpi (days post-inoculation), half of the infected and control plants were transferred to 28C for heat stress simulation.At 8 dpi, the transcriptome of leaves of four resulting plant groups was sequenced in four biological replicates to get paired-end RNA-Seq libraries.RNA from infected plants at high temperature (complex stress) and control plants (uninfected at normal temperature) was also sequenced using Oxford Nanopore Technologies direct RNA sequencing for better isoform annotation.This project can improve our understanding of response to complex stress in plants.
