资源简介:
The 10+ Wheat Genome Project has completed its goal of generating chromosome pseudomolecule assemblies for 10 wheat cultivars and 5 scaffold assemblies. These cultivars were selected by each of the global partners to represent genetic diversity typical of breeding programs in their agroecological zones. The genome assembly of cultivar 'CDC Stanley' is part of and has been submitted on behalf of the 10+ wheat genomes project. This genome sequence has been assembled to reference quality using the NRgene DeNovo Magic 3.0 software. Origin of Pedigree CDC Teal//EE8/Kenyon35//AC Barrie was Canada with growth habitat spring. The following persons significantly contributed to the genome assembly process: Pierre J. Hucl (PI), Curtis J. Pozniak (PI), Andrew Sharpe (PI), Brook Byrns, Chu Shin Koh, Amidou N'Diaye, Kirby Nilsen and Sean Walkowiak. Hi-C raw data is linked directly. Other WGS sequences can be found in PRJNA544491.
