Rainfall-driven shifts in eukaryotic microbial communities: A network-based study of stochastic processes in Fen River ecosystems

The study uses High-throughput 18S rRNA sequencing to investigate the composition, classification, assembly processes, and co-occurrence networks of eukaryotic microbial communities before and during rain in Fen River. We characterize the changes in eukaryotic microbial communities induced by rainfall and related environmental parameters. We also elucidate the potential relationship between microbial taxa and environmental parameters under rainfall conditions.
