RNA-sequencing analysis of transcriptoms in Wild Type (WT) and Trdn-as knockout (KO) hearts.

The goal of this study is to examine differential gene expression between WT and Trdn-as KO heart using RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq). Total RNA was extracted from mouse hearts and subjected for RNA-seq. The conclusion of the study is that deletion of Trdn-as affects expression levels of a group of genes. RNA_seq profiling hearts from adult WT and Trdn-as KO mice.
