In this work, halloysite nanotubes as controlled release carrier were modified by chitosan with a GSH responsive property, which was used to controlled release of nitrogen. We mainly comparative analysis the changes of structure and performance of the halloysite nanotubes before and after modification, and analyzed the controlled release behavior of nitrogen. Finally, this nano delivery system was used in wheat seeds germination and growth process, and the effect was compared and analyzed.
在本项研究中,通过将具有谷胱甘肽响应特性的壳聚糖修饰的蛭石纳米管作为氮肥的缓释载体,实现了氮肥的精确释放。本研究主要对比分析了改性前后蛭石纳米管的结构与性能变化,并对其氮肥的缓释行为进行了深入分析。最终,该纳米递送系统被应用于小麦种子的萌发与生长过程中,并对效果进行了比较与分析。
