This dataset is derived from scenarios where, for engineering construction needs, the construction unit intends to demolish or modify urban drainage and sewage treatment facilities. In such cases, the construction unit is required to formulate a demolition and modification plan, submit it to the competent urban drainage department for examination and approval, and bear the costs of reconstruction, alteration as well as the implementation of temporary measures. The dataset includes information such as the name of the applicant unit, the application reasons, the official opinions of the Water Bureau, and other relevant details.
