This Zenodo site contains data supplementing EvoResist, includeing: Excluded_genomic_loci.txt: Genomic mask file defining excluded loci (e.g., repetitive regions, PE/PPE genes, and mobile genetic elements) to ensure high-confidence variant calling [1]. 46_phylogenic_trees_with_1000_bootstraps.tar.gz: Compressed archive containing 46 maximum-likelihood phylogenetic trees for sublineages, each supported by 1,000 bootstrap replicates to ensure node reliability. tb.ancestor.fasta: Reconstructed ancestral reference genome (MRCA) of M. tuberculosis in FASTA format, utilized as the outgroup for phylogenetic rooting [2]. merged_ann_lineage_L1_L7.tsv.gz: Annotated summary of convergent mutation frequencies across M. tuberculosis lineages L1–L7.
