Benefits expected by HDRs from the generalization of telework in France 2020

In France in 2020 and with the outbreak of the coronavirus crisis, containment has converted companies to telework in a massive and sudden way. And, if the companies were not very numerous to be prepared for these new working modalities, either at the material or cultural level, three months later, a changeover seems to have taken place in mindsets. Human resources managers expected several benefits from the widespread use of telework, and were primarily motivated by employee expectations and potential productivity gains.
