Minimum insulation standards for Australian apartment buildings - A study through the historical archives of the National Construction Code

This dataset contains the minimum thermal insulation (R-value) requirements for Australian Class 2 (apartment) buildings (Sole Occupancy Units only) at different locations and at different times of construction as identified in the Australian National Construction Code. Three main categories of insulation are covered: roof and ceiling, walls, and floors. This dataset was developed to help in the assessment of the energy efficiency of existing Australian apartments.
