Taxonomic abundance data across classifiers.<br><br>xtree -- the numbers separated by an underscore at the total genome and "unique portion of the genome" coverage cutoffs, respectively, used to mask the data. All aligned reads below those cutoffs are set to 0.<br><br>kraken -- confX refers to the --confidence flag setting, 0 or 0.2<br>MetaPhlAn4 was run with the default settings.<br><br>decontam vs nodecontam refers to if a dataframe were decontaminated (using the decontam package in R).<br>k, d, p, c, o, g, s refer to clade ranks.
