Gene exprssion profile at single nucleus level of liver tissue from mice infected with dengue virus

Severe dengue fever is associated with different degrees of liver injury. We used single nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) to analyze the genetic changes in different cells of liver tissue after dengue virus infection. Overall design: The experimental group was divided into uninfected group and dengue virus infected group including NGC and N10 group. On the 6th day after infection, single nucleus RNA sequencing was performed on the liver tissues of the above three groups.
