Improving Grassland Curing Estimates in Victoria, Australia Using Satellite Remote Sensing

This thesis uses satellite remote sensing technology and data to improve on the current methods of calculating grassland senescence. This considerately improves the efficiency and the ability of grassland fire monitoring in Victoria, Australia. Results provide recommendations to decision makers to better manage grassland fire risks.
