VPRS 12111 Notice Papers

Notice papers were issued to all councillors prior to council meetings. Through the notice papers, Councillors were notified of the dates and times of forthcoming meetings and provided with copies of any reports as background information to issues on the agendas.

所有议会会议召开前，均会向全体议员发放会议通知文件（Notice papers）。议员可通过该类通知文件获悉即将召开的议会会议的具体日期与时间，并获提供与议程所列各项议题相关的报告副本，作为背景参考资料。
