Tantamount to developing hydrologic models that use unimpaired streams for determining "baseline" conditions (necessary to correct the impairments), is the need to identify all discharge point locations and their subwatersheds. With the aid of GIS and GPS technology, fieldwork was conducted to delineate hydrologically distinct areas and their common discharge points.
