Genetic profile data of 33 Tartary buckwheat landraces from Yunnan based on SSR and ISSR markers

This dataset contains the raw allele size matrix for 33 accessions of Tartary buckwheat (Fagopyrum tataricum) collected across Yunnan Province, China. Data was generated using 7 SSR and 5 ISSR primers. The file includes sample IDs, collection locations, and the corresponding fragment sizes (in base pairs) for each marker.
