SOCIAL PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF DEVELOPING LEADERSHIP SKILLS IN CHILDREN

This thesis analyzes the socio-psychological characteristics of developing leadership skills in children. It scientifically examines the role of leadership qualities in the formation of a child’s personality, the manifestation of leadership in the school community, and the influence of family and the educational environment on this process. The study substantiates that developing such qualities in children as initiative, responsibility, social activity, and self-confidence is an important pedagogical task.
