Penicillium citrinum Genome sequencing and assembly. Penicillium citrinum

Based on the bioinformations of the genomic survey sequences which is different from traditional detection methods, we assessed biosynthetic pathway in Penicillium citrinum YL-1, an important filamentous fungus isolated from ShanTou traditional fermented fish sauce in China, which with the height of the salt tolerance and high yield of protease, to evaluation its security in fish sauce fermentation prodution.
