Sleep disorders are common among maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients and significantly impact their quality of life. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) therapies have shown promising efficacy and safety in clinical trials for managing sleep disorders in this population. To further evaluate the comparative effectiveness of TCM therapies, Western medicines, and combination therapies, we conducted a network meta-analysis of relevant studies.
