Resveratrol alleviates heat stressinduced luteal dysfunction in pregnant mice via transcriptomics data

Heat stress impairs luteal function during pregnancy by inducing oxidative stress ER stress angiogenesis. steriodiogenesis apoptosis and inflammatory responses. This study investigated the protective effects of resveratrol on heat stress induced luteal dysfunction in pregnant mice. Corpus luteum tissues were collected from control heat stress and heat stress plus resveratrol treated groups. RNA sequencing was performed to identify differentially expressed genes and enriched signaling pathways associated with oxidative stress and inflammatory networks.
