The motor system in a freezing state: early stretch reflex responses under threat of shock

Preprocessed data and code for the project "stretch reflex modulation under threat" by Yvonne F. Visser, Bob Bramson, W. Pieter Medendorp, Karin Roelofs & Luc P.J. Selen.

Repository consists of
- one MATLAB file per participant (Participant*_cut), which contains trials with EMG, ECG and skin conductance data. Experimental design/trial info can be found in the robotdata within the matlab file (Data.RobDat)
- one MATLAB file per participant (Participant*_behaviour) which contains behavioural information: reaction time, number of misses and distance from a straight trajectory when crossing the 1 cm line between start point and target
- one MATLAB file per participant (Participant*_avgresp) which contains average EMG responses in different combinations of muscles and conditions
- one MATLAB file per participant (Participant*_arousal) which contains heart rate and skin conductance responses for long trials in different conditions
- MATLAB code to run the full analysis
