Plasma metabolomic signatures in children with autism spectrum disorder and their modulation following a gluten-free modified ketogenic diet

This dataset contains raw liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS) data acquired in positive electrospray ionization (ESI⁺) mode using a quadrupole time-of-flight (QTOF) mass spectrometer. The data were generated from plasma samples collected for metabolomic profiling to investigate metabolic alterations associated with the study cohort.All samples were analyzed under standardized chromatographic and mass spectrometric conditions to ensure analytical reproducibility. The dataset includes vendor-specific raw .d files containing full-scan MS and data-dependent MS/MS spectra suitable for untargeted metabolomics, compound identification, and pathway analysis.These data can be reprocessed using metabolomics software such as MS-DIAL, XCMS, or other compatible platforms for feature extraction, annotation, and comparative analysis.
