"Variation in crossover frequencies perturb crossover assurance without affecting meiotic chromosome segregation in Saccharomyces cerevisiae" - This work has been published in Genetics journal.
We have deposited all the processed files generated by analysing Whole Genome Sequencing data from 80 yeast tetrads in the S288c/YJM789 background (20 wild type, 38 msh4-R676W, 18 msh4-null, and 4 WT SK1 MSH4/5).
Recombination analysis was carried out using ReCombine software, and the output files generated are included in this deposit. We have also uploaded an in house R script written to process the ReCombine output files into images used in the manuscript.
