A multi-spectral and hyperspectral image dataset for evaluating the health status of avocado, olive and vineyard

This dataset contains multi-spectral images, reflectance values in the NIR and SWIR region (350 - 2500 nm), weight, leaf moisture content, chlorophyll, and nitrogen content of leaves from avocado, olive, and vineyard trees. The dataset is composed of 106 leaves of avocado, 111 leaves of vineyard, and 106 leaves of grape trees. The samples underwent a dehydration process in an oven, resulting in a total of 5 dehydration stages. The multi-spectral images are presented as 5 files from the Blue, Green, Red, Red-Edge and Near Infrared band as .tif files. Radiometric calibration was performed on the images, following Micasense guidance procedures.
