To elucidate the role of H3K4 methylation in metanephros development, we selectively inactivated ASH2L, core subunit of the COMPASS complex in mice UB lineage. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different FACS-sorted UB lineage cells at E16.5 of the control and cKO mouse embryos. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for FACS-sorted UB lineage cells at E16.5 of control and Ash2l cKO mouse embryos.
