Gas samples were collected from natural springs in the form of warm springs to boiling springs and geysers in southern Tibet and the Himalayas. The dataset includes sample locations, physical and chemical properties, gas compositions and noble gas isotope values of hydrothermal fluids, which were used for calculation of upward fluid flow rate, transit time and helium flux.
